Dr. Stephen Gibson is the director of Holiness Pilgrim Mission. His primary ministry is developing training material and establishing ministry training networks operated by nationals in several countries.
Stephen and his wife Stephanie are blessed with several children and grandchildren.
Stephen’s ministry has included pastoring, foreign missions work, Bible college teaching and administration, Christian school teaching and administration, and writing.
Stephen lived in Ukraine with his family for five years and served Kiev Wesley Bible College in the roles of professor, academic dean, and president. During that time he also taught classes at other colleges and preached in churches in Ukraine and Russia.
For five years, he pastored Victory Chapel, a diverse inner-city church in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was vice president then president of Evangelistic Faith Missions for a total of nine years. He is ordained by the Pilgrim Holiness Church. He is the author of several books.
Stephen has written several courses for Shepherds Global Classroom and is chairman of the curriculum development committee.

David Drummond As a child, David served with his family in Ukraine for four years. David later studied music at Penn View Bible Institute four years and sang bass in a quartet. David and his wife Rachel have four sons. They attend the Shelbyville Bible Holiness Church. David visits churches to serve as a representative for HPM.

Mar+in facilitates the development of ministry training networks in the largest south Asian country. His name and photo are withheld for security.
Mar+in has served as a pastor in the Pilgrim Holiness Church and has directed a Christian school. He has worked for universities teaching effective writing, leadership development, and critical thinking. He has extensive experience at personal mentoring, professional coaching, and workshop training. He has held various business management positions. Mar+in has a Ph.D. in business management and leadership development.
Mar+in has engaged in ministry training in several countries. Since 2018 he has been serving associations of churches in Asia that include 300 pastors. He helps churches implement the Shepherd courses through visits and remote teaching.
Amy LaFollette is the mission treasurer. Other board members are Rev. Michael Brown, Rev. Benny Durr, Rev. Keith Gibson, Rev. Don Raines, and Rev. Ken Thompson.
